Ang mga Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) sa iba't ibang panig ng mundo, na kinikilala at ikinararangal ng Pamahalaang Pilipinas bilang mga Bagong Bayani, ang marahil (bagama't di opisyal na inihahayag) ay pinakamainam na produktong pang-export ng bansa.
Nakapagreremit sila ng bilyun-bilyong dolyar na nakatutulong para mapanatiling nakalutang ang ekonomya ng bansa, kapalit ng pagkakawatak-watak ng ilang pamilya, pagkawasak ng ibang tahanan, at miserableng pamumuhay ng iba pa.
May mga sinusuwerte, meron din namang di pa umaalis (o kaya ay pagbalik) sa Pilipinas ay minamalas na. Subali't ano pa man ang maging kapalaran nila sa pakikibaka sa mga hamon ng pandarayuhan at paninilbihan sa lupang banyaga, ang mga OFWs ay tunay ngang Bayani, at handog sa kanila ang mga tula at iba pang katha sa web site na ito.
