Hi! Cors, we've been very grateful for all your efforts. God bless you! I've got here all the infos for all interested. Will keep you posted for developments. Nette and I are e-mailing but not as frequent as we do. We've been exchanging updates.

For the unvites, will it matter if we got invites from 1 or more or just 1 will do? My niece would be happy to find out that NCLEX or any other exams like TOEFL ba un or IELTS are not anymore needed for Canada employment. Digna mag apply ka narin to Canada.

Ang undergraduate ay still in University completing the course kasi dito puedeng mag work na kahit nag aaral pa. Sabi ng anak ko ay initial for registered nurse ay mga C$27 -30/hr. Umaabot sa 45-55 daw yon malalaki na ang experince. Lipat ka dito Teri? Still hindi ko pa natatawagan yon RN na Kumare ko kasi baka nasa work or panggabi. Bye.

Chit I'm not very sure kung ano ang mga requirement sa mga nurses na nag aaply pa rito. Our niece husband relative who was interviewed last November will be coming daw according to them by April. I'll ask Vener and Gilbert about that. Actually andiyan sila sa atin ngayon on holiday at babalik sila rito by Januanry 16.

What do you means by invites? Gusto ba sumama ng niece mo pa rito sa Canada? Puede ko siyang isama kung gusto nya kaya lang mukhang mahigpit sila mag bigay ng visa sa mga bata pa eh. Kasi pag mga seniors at may idad na mabilis lang silang mag bigay ng tourist visa. This through experience kasi yon sister and bro in law ni Efren na nagtour last summer in their 70's nabigyan ka agad ng visa. Right now my 2 sisters are applying visa to tour Canada this summer, one senior at one 55. Hindi ko sigurado kung makalusot sila. Tingnan natin. Mag inquire din kayo through Canadian Embassy. Ang alam ko through internet na ang pag aapply ngayon for immigrant status or permanent resident. Maedyo nga lang matagal mas mabilis nga kung through agency. I'll up date you.

If ever, we're planning to include my son to go with me on tour. He's only 23.

My niece and my youngest sis is scheduled to go to Mercan to inquire. Will

update you on developments. Who's here? Your nephews ba or rep from the

agency. Yeah, i was told that it's better to apply thru agency than wait for the

Embassy. We'll see what's best. Again thanks for the support and all the help.

Chit: Mag-to tour ka ba sa Canada, pwedeng sumama? May visa ka na ba? Ang alam ko madaling ma-approve kapag may sponsorship from Canada. and one thing pwede rin makarating sa US by land lang.

try to get visa to us as soon as we get a canada visa thru invitation and sponsorship.

Cora; just as the subject says. My friend's daughter is an LVN and she is interested to migrate down there. What is the name of the hospital and can you give me the address of the hospital , so she can directly apply to the said hospital. The human resources department. Do they have to take another Canadian board exam? She is actually current with experience. She works here in a nursing home. Plus , this daughter want to work in a hospital where there is also a nearby university , so she could study RN there at the same time. Just like your neighbour. Please update this and I will forward your letter to her.

Teri nakausap ko kanina ang aking kumare sabi nya na depende raw sa length of experience ang ibinibigay na rate. You visit the site ng CARNA.ca ( Canadian Association of Registered Nurses in Alberta) at dito raw mo makikita at may evaluation yata doon. Heto ang site ng mga nag rerecruit ng mga nurse, LPN at NA dito sa Edmonton visit this site CapitalHealth.ca then go to career. Ito yata ang pinaka central sa pag aaply at sila ang maglalagay kung saan may nagangailangan. Good luck to her.

Cora, thanks for the concern, do you know someone there who is in need of a caregiver , kahit sa Nursing Home, maraming naka-alis dito as caregiver sa Canada, sa Internet lang sila nag-apply pero mas maganda kung direct hire kasi ganoon ang ginawa ng kumare ko sa pamangkin niya, she has kumare dyan na nag-migrate sa Canada, inihanap siya ng mapapasukan. Just a favor. Once again, thank you for welcoming us there.

Terri, Thanks for the info but I think Canada needs nurses who passed CGFNS. Yes it makes sense, pag-isipan ko yan.

Yes, Digna, you're correct, i heard of that too, mas madali kung direct hire as Caregiver.

So do you need to have a Diploma or Certificate as Caregiver?
