Wow! I super enjoyed touring your garden She. Like Emma, tulo din laway ko

sa super ganda and how you neatly arranged your plants. Maganda kasi di sila

yung nag bu bloom na malago. They grew just enough and have flowers...so... beautiful

like you. Very much like and appreciate more the flowers because of how you catch

them in pictures. Really perfect. How long do you maintain them? Do they all wither

come winter time or they survive the cold climate? Also enjoyed the pics of Bootz and family,

the Feb girls and the yummy siopao. How I wish I could also follow the cooking instructions.

Dito sa atin, better if we just buy from Goldilocks or others.

Hi Chit...Most of the plants die in the fall although there are evergreen trees and plants,

they don't die like the perennials and annuals. Actually my garden looks pathethic right

now as nothing is blooming at this time of the year, I will take some pics. tomrrow and

show you what a winter garden looks in the middle of a Canadian winter. But come March

most of the plants will start sprouting their colors, the first to bloom are the crocuses,

they are bulbs, parang sibuyas ang clase ng seed, after will be the snowdrops, then tulips

and daffodils. I will take a blow by blow picture of my garden coming alive para makita

mo ang transformation. I better get going as I start my first photography class in the

morning and I have not studied my manual. I will update you.

hello shirley..

iyong ready made flour eh masarap..like the siopaw na nabibili.steamed bun cake flour and we can buy it at the chinese shop.just add milk and sugar.make into a dough and them let it rise fo half ang hour.then after that you can start making your siopaw.my siopaw ramains fim hindi siya bumabagsak.si cora ang expert diyan.aybe she can tell you why.sometimes first time eh hindi that successful.next time ma perfect mo na iyan.

do you have wisteria sa graden mo.climbing plant ito and deciduous but when it flowers my god.it is beautiful.it hangs in the trellis in clusters like grapes.but all flowers.the colors are purple and white.to me it is beautiful kaya i bought two and an arc para doon ko sila pagapangin.i start planting again because i can use the washing machine water.useless kasi to plants kung hindi mo naman madiligan.kaya lang it has been too hot here lately kaya sunog ang ibang halaman ko.i hope they do not die.i will make siopaw one day ang post the picture ..cheers.

Shirley you can freeze some of it, just put in ziploc bag or put in a fridge if you want to eat till the next day or the day after tomorrow.

shirley ang lalaki naman ng hiwa mo sa chicken meat. May kasama bang boiled eggs? Pero puede na rin as long as its taste good. Tama nga si Emms lagyan nga daw ng kaunting vinegar ang tubig na pang steam mo para daw pumuti ang siopao at least a tbsp. Some time hindi ako naglalagay kasi hindi ko gusto ang amoy ng suka.

Hi Cora...no more left to freeze, I gave some to my German friend who was over when I

was making the siopao, she was so impressed that I was making it that she wanted to

taste them once they were cooked, she loved them. My husband and son had some for

breakfast, lunch and na ubos na, I will make some next week para hindi naman maumay

sila. I will remember to freeze the left overs. How do you make them to remain matambok

after cooking, kasi when I take the cover off,the siopao look puffy then they collapse.

Tia Cora, please advise, para naging Tia Dely ka tuloy, do you remember the radio drama?

Hi Cora/Emma..I will try next time to add suka, gusto ko ng malaki and pieces ng chicke,

I also add shitake mushroom, masarap din ang lasa, Emma, I cannot use pork or sausage

kasi Sabadista kami, we do not eat pork or any port products. We eat mostly vegetarian or

chicken and fish, pero walang crustacean. Sometimes I cheat and eat crustacean pero I

don't eat them in front of my parents. Kakatuwa naman kahit old na tayo we don't want to

do anything that would displease our parents.
